How does early access work?

Choose a plan and tell us about your organisation. Your request is saved for review. An account is created separately when access is approved; submitting this form does not send an invitation or verification email yet.

Can I use it on a phone or tablet?

Yes. The workspace adapts to phones, tablets and computers. Draft input is saved on the device you use; visit navigation opens in Google Maps.

Can I work with more than one organisation?

Yes. Your personal login can belong to multiple organisations. You switch workspaces, and each organisation’s records and permissions stay separate. Proposed plan pricing is per organisation.

What happens if my connection drops?

Supported input can be saved on your device and queued for upload. Some recently viewed information may be available, but a connection is still needed to sign in, refresh records and open maps.

Will I be charged when I request access?

No. There is no payment collection on this site. We will confirm the final plan, pricing and terms before you choose a paid subscription.
